CertiDesign Shipping and Returns Policy Agreement

This Shipping and Returns Policy Agreement (“Policy”) governs the shipping and return practices of CertiDesign (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for our clients (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). This Policy applies to all physical products associated with our graphic design services.

1. Acceptance of Policy

By ordering our products, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from making a purchase.

2. Shipping Policy

  • Sticker Packaging: Items are dispatched within 7-10 working days following order confirmation.
  • Direct Print Mylar Bags: Given the complexity of production and international shipping, delivery may take up to 35 business days. These items are manufactured in China and delivered directly to the customer.

Please note that delivery estimates are subject to change based on our print partners’ schedules and logistics.

3. Returns Policy

  • We accept returns for products deemed unfit for use, including but not limited to:
    • Broken zippers on mylar bags.
    • Cracked glass jars.
    • Poor-quality prints or smudges.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@certi.design within 5 business days of receipt, providing a detailed account and photographic proof of the defect.

  • Returns for reasons not specified above are not accepted. We urge customers to thoroughly review design proofs prior to confirmation.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Upon evaluating the returned item, we will inform you of the decision regarding your refund or exchange.
  • Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed promptly, with a credit issued to your original payment method or dispatch of an exchange item.

Please be aware that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping expenses are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Refund Credits

  • Customers may opt to receive refunds as credits on their CertiDesign account, applicable towards future orders or services.
  • To select this option, please specify your preference during the return initiation process.
