Cali pack design UK

Mylar bag artwork built for real printer templates.

Cali packaging is recognised for loud colour, memorable names, polished illustrations and a premium finish. Good packaging still needs more than a dramatic front panel: the artwork must fit the bag correctly, keep important information inside safe areas and remain readable after seals, gussets, zips and tear notches are accounted for.

We create packaging from the supplied dieline rather than stretching a social-media graphic onto a bag. That means the front, back and side areas are planned together, text remains legible and the printer receives organised production files. Designs can be produced for common mylar pouch sizes including 1g, 3.5g, 7g, 14g and 28g, as well as custom dimensions.

Every project is original. We can use references to understand the desired energy—luxury, candy-inspired, character-led, minimal, futuristic or streetwear influenced—without copying another company’s protected packaging or pretending a product belongs to an established American brand.

Packaging methods

Choose the right route for your quantity and budget.

Artwork is prepared differently depending on whether the final packaging is printed directly, labelled locally or adapted across several products.

Direct-printed Cali packs

Full front-and-back artwork placed onto the manufacturer’s exact template. Suitable for edge-to-edge colour, larger quantities and premium production finishes.

Label-applied mylar bags

Custom labels applied to plain stock pouches. A practical option for smaller runs, rapid launches, test products and collections that change regularly.

Special-finish artwork

Separate white-ink, foil, holographic, metallic or spot-UV layers can be prepared when the chosen printer supports those production methods.

Strain and flavour collections

One consistent master layout adapted across multiple names, colours and illustrated themes so every release feels individual but remains recognisably yours.

Cali packaging FAQ

Common questions about custom mylar bag design.

Cali packs is a widely used packaging-industry term for premium printed mylar pouches with bold branded artwork. Certi Design creates original artwork and print-ready files for lawful brands, novelty projects and products permitted in the customer’s jurisdiction.

Yes. We can design common 1g, 3.5g, 7g, 14g and 28g formats, as well as custom dimensions supplied by your printer. The final artwork is built around the actual dieline, bleed, safe areas and print method.

Direct-printed bags have the artwork printed across the pouch itself and normally suit larger production quantities. Label-applied packaging uses printed labels on plain stock bags and is often better for shorter runs, multiple products or faster UK fulfilment.

Yes. We can build one master packaging system and adapt it across individual products, strains or flavours. Discounted collection options are available for three, five, ten and larger design ranges.

Yes. CertiScan can add unique product-verification QR codes, batch information and duplicate-scan protection. Standard branded QR codes can also link to websites, menus, social profiles or product information.

No. We create original artwork and will not reproduce another company’s protected logo, packaging or trade dress. References can guide the general visual direction, but the finished identity must be distinctive and lawful to use.

We supply print-ready artwork and can coordinate suitable printing through external production partners. Available materials, minimum quantities, finishes, timings and delivery costs depend on the selected printer and specification.
