1. Digital Delivery
Design files, website access, software, reports and other digital deliverables are not physically shipped. They are normally supplied through the customer portal, secure download, email, hosting account or another agreed digital method.
2. Physical and Printed Orders
Where we arrange printed or physical goods, production and dispatch are estimated according to the estimated production or dispatch time shown in the quotation, product page or order confirmation. Printed orders are normally produced and dispatched within 3–4 working days, subject to the current print queue. Delivery time then depends on the shipping service selected. Production begins only after the required payment, print-ready artwork and approval have been received. Bespoke finishing, large quantities, supplier capacity and customs checks can extend the estimate.
3. Delivery Areas and Charges
Available destinations, delivery methods and charges are confirmed before the physical order is finalised. International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges and local restrictions unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Address Accuracy
You must supply a complete delivery address and check it before dispatch. Additional delivery, storage or replacement costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal or failed collection may be charged to you.
5. Tracking and Delays
Tracking is provided where the courier or supplier makes it available. Courier dates are estimates unless a guaranteed service was purchased. We are not responsible for unavoidable carrier, customs, weather or network delays, but we will provide reasonable assistance.
6. Damage, Shortage or Loss
Inspect physical goods as soon as they arrive. Report visible damage, shortages or incorrect goods promptly, preferably within 48 hours, and keep the packaging. Send photographs and the order reference so the courier or supplier claim can be investigated. This reporting request does not remove statutory rights.
7. Split Shipments and Supplier Fulfilment
Orders may be produced or dispatched by an approved print or fulfilment partner and may arrive in separate packages. Relevant contact and address information will be shared with that partner only as needed to fulfil the order.
8. Returns
Do not return bespoke goods without contacting us first. Personalised or made-to-order goods are not normally accepted for change-of-mind returns. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods will be handled in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer law.
